Picked blackberries with my mom last night and decided to turn them into this ultra fresh, absolutely delicious blackberry crisp. Homemade Lebanese tabbouleh recipe: http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/Lebanese-Tabbouleh-106589 - I omitted the mint(not a huge fan of it), used an entire cucumber, and reduced the amount of bulgar/olive oil. Still turned out fantastic! πŸ‘Œ

Ultimate comfort food. I loved this dish so much when I had it in California, decided to give it a go at home. My tummy hasn’t been this happy in awhile. It’s definitely going to become a staple for me when the weather turns.πŸ‚πŸ‘πŸ || Thai pumpkin coconut curry with butternut squash, yellow squash, zucchini squash, yellow bell pepper, onion, and garlic, garnished with fresh basil from my new basil plant courtesy of Trader Joe’s. 😁🌱😍

Totally hit the spot. || Risotto made with Trader Joe’s rice medley(brown rice, red rice, and black barley), cremini mushrooms, and white onion, simmered in vegetable stock, served with steamed asparagus spears and oven roasted, maple syrup balsamic glazed carrots.
